Oriental Rug Expert, Friendly Customer Service. I called about getting my area rugs cleaned last week and spoke with Franco. I was immediately impressed as Franco explained the process he uses in cleaning oriental and area rugs. Also, I was pleasantly "shocked" at the amount of time Franco was willing to take to provide such information (not knowing if I would become his customer or not). I plan to go to Franco's and give them my business.

Bought a few beautiful rugs, assorted sizes, patterns and from different countries. Found Victor Franco on the web and what a find!!!!! Victor loves his rugs almot as much as his children, and know everything about each and every rug. Terrific service!!! We would NEVER go elsewhere.....In addition after about a yr of having the rugs we just had a small flood and Victor came promptly to our home to pick up and then clean the wet rugs. He returned them promptly and they look beautiful. We highly recommend Franco Oriental Rugs!!!!!

One 8x10 persian rug with water damage cleaned. Two 5x7 area rugs cleaned. Victor did a wonderful job, in an efficient and effective manner. I have known him for many years, and his work and attitude are excellent. Costs are average for this community.

Went very well. Picked up rugs, and brought them back looking great!

Mr. Franco was informative, pleasant, and helpful in the initial contact on the phone. He met us at the home where we bought a used Chinese rug, 8' x 10'. He took it to his business for cleaning. When it was finished he delivered it to our house. He helped to move the furniture and gave us excellent advice about placement, etc. Then he put the furniture back.

I do not remember how much we paid, only that we thought it was a little expensive, BUT we were happy to pay, because another company had ruined 2 other small oriental rugs, and this company, Franco, was so good. The other company had used chemicals that reacted with the sun, and our 2 small Chinese oriental rugs faded in the cleaning process! Not only that, the fibers weakend and disintegrated. I highly recommend Franco for Oriental rug cleaning. We have several Oriental rugs, and we would never trust anyone other than an Oriental rug specialist to clean them.

Overall Excellent

Another company ruined my Oriental rugs in the cleaning process. Mr. Franco was informative, pleasant, picked up and delivered our oriental rug, and cleaned it beautifully. Oriental rugs are not treated the same way as other rugs. Be careful. I recommend this company.

Went online after purchasing a home in Florida and found Victor. What a find!!! We bought a few beautiful rugs from Victor. Loved his knowledge of each and every rug and unbelieveable service. We would HIGHLY recommend Victor Franco to all.

Victor Franco is very nice, polite and helpful. He is extremely genuine and very honest. And he clearly loves rugs. He did an excellent job cleaning my 5 small Bokhara rugs that were really dirty and greasy from being in my kitchen for the past 13 years. His pricing is very fair and even though my rugs required extra washing, he did not charge me any more than what he quoted me on the phone. When I called another company before calling Victor, I was told that I needed someone that specialized in oriental rugs but it would cost me $3 to $5 per square foot. Victor's charge is $2.25 ! And my rugs look brand new! I am so happy that I chose Victor Franco for my job and will definitely use him when my large rugs need cleaning. He also has a nice collection of rugs for sale and many unique antiques that I have my eye on. Thank you so much Victor.
